101 30-Day Challenges to Improve Your Life

I am so incredibly excited to share this EPIC list with you today! I’ve compiled 101 of my favorite 30 day challenges, many of which I’ve already tried, and many of which I intend to try out in the future to keep helping evolve my self and form/incorporate healthier habits.

The value I find in the 30 Day Challenge is that each one is small enough to be do-able without too much inconvenience or difficulty, yet enough of a different change to get us thinking, create awareness, conscious action, and provide the incremental changes that end up transforming our lives. AKA: SMALL SUSTAINABLE CHANGES.

Why take on a 30 day challenge?

  1. Give back to yourself. Here’s a chance to create ritual in your life, a new habit, change, and growth.
  2. There’s an end-date. This is not a forever commitment.
  3. Experience a new way of functioning and being.
  4. It allows you to experience success at something new.
  5. It’s a simple way to take a step toward expressing your very best self.
