30 Days of Gratitude

This one is for cultivating positive pathways in the mind and helping me start my days off on a positive note. It is taught that gratitude begets joy and I definitely want to gift myself with happiness as much as I possibly can.


How to take on this challenge:

  1. Get a small notebook and pen and keep it by your bedside
  2. Every morning, first thing, write down 3 things you’re grateful for
