I am currently embarked upon a meditation journey (as of November 10, 2018).
I’ve had a very hard time with meditation in the past, and through trial and error learned that I do best with guided audio.
Finding the value in this, I will be adding my daily morning/night’s guided meditation here, to share with you in addition to slowly building a library of resources for the both of us on this blog.
